Made a Pepper Mill yesterday, watched quite a few Youtube videos first mainly Mike Peace and Craft Supplies USA. Slowly learning this machine.
Crushgrind hardware or? I was looking at buying the required forstner bits to try my hand at those. Did you find they were all necessary? (15/16, 1-1/16, 1-9/16, 1-3/4")

The 1-1/16 is the most needed for the crush grind, the others are not that important to be exactly those sizes. the shallow recess at the bottom is about 1-5/8 but you can turn that one. a 1" would probably work as the grind part is only about 2" in length and that would be easy to enlarge if needed.
