Holdfast vacuum adapter

I’m looking for the holdfast vacuum adapter, that part with the bearing where the hose attaches and the threaded rod connects. Open to similar products for a vacuum system.

If your lathe has a solid spindle this maybe a solution.
I'm pleasantly surprised by how well this works. Adaptor made from some stuff I had laying around.

Need a valve and some connectors for attaching to vacuum pump.

I have the holdfast adapter, but it no longer holds a vacuum. I think the back seal is bad so I need to figure out how to reseal it
