Maple Hollow Vessel

A bit of a chunky form, but I love this Maple. I
brought it out from North Carolina with me when I
moved to New Mexico. The form is 10"tall by 6" wide.
Due to the longitudinal cracks in the log, I left this
a bit thick, around 1/4". Finish is Dr Workshop
Walnut Oil. Thanks for looking
Still using the "good wood" from hereabouts, I see. Beautiful job...one to be proud of. And it doesn't look chunky to me.
