Description: Manta ray walking 2
Made for the Crawled out of the woodwork exhibition
This piece measures 8 inches square 8 inches high
Ancient kauri the wings were first coated with copper leaf and then a scale effect added with the airbrush thanks to a lesson on airbrushing with Gordon Pembridge.
The outside was then burnt with a 3 coil one way three the next pattern .I didnt think I would ever finish the branding this is no 2 or 3 in this series you would think I would have learnt the first time
