Carnival Mathematica

This is a torus knot minimal surface known as a 5,3 torus knot. The edge of the knot form passes through the hole 5 times and makes a trip around the torus 3 times. The numbers are also part of the Fibonacci series, The surface has only one side, so is known as a non-orientable surface.
