If you don't already have an initiation ritual for new moderators, maybe you could challenge Kurt to figure out what happened to my member gallery as a test of his commitment to the awesome responsibilities of moderation.

Thanks to all the moderators for all you hard work.

Hi Steve,
Thanks, I'm glad to be aboard. Hope I can contribute and help you and Ken.

On a side note, Ed, your gallery disappearance can probably be contributed to global warming somehow, but for now I'll see if I can get some explanation!

I see a gallery, I only see in the logs you deleted one photo (something about global warming)

This is the gallery I see (11 photos), is there something missing I can try to track down?

Kurt and Steve - I already posted this in my other thread but in case you don't look there:

The album was still out there, it just couldn't be accessed from the gallery anymore. I found I could do a search on my user name and access that way. Deleting the photo (which was the last I posted) must have also erased the link to my album???

Anyway I uploaded a new photo to see what would happen and now everything works as expected. Maybe adding a new photo refreshed the index or something.

Thanks for looking into it, but my problem seems to be solved. You might just want to file this away in case the problem repeats for someone else someday.

Thank you for taking on this daunting task!
On a personal note, with the subject of "Global Warming" being such a sensitive issue, could I suggest that you not use the subject to make jokes? Some of us might think you were using us in an unkind way, especially since you seem willing to cut off debate about the topic.
Seriously, with people like me, you have a real job on your hands, good luck.

I cut off the debate. It is time to get back to turning and evidently, while we were debating, we didn't solve the problem.
