Tenon busting while hollowing tragedys

Bill, I think it is a Hunter cutter. The cutter on Easy Wood tools are flat on top with not that much thickness and do not have the side angle like the hunter tools do. Also the side looks polished like a Hunter is .

I think that Elvis has left the building. I hope that we didn't drive him away with TMI.

Gerald, it would be better if you looked at the original image. The image was a bit blurry and noisy so I did some excessive selective sharpening along with noise reduction hoping to make the details a bit clearer. I should have known better than that. The end result of my 'shopping the image is that it made the top of the cutter appear like it might be raised a small amount.Maybe it is or maybe it isn't, but like Al said, we won't arrive at an answer by speculating

Al, are you sure about that? Speculating is fun. 🙄

flying bowls

I live a couple of miles from the OP. I sent him a PM last week with my phone number. He indicated that he was busy on Sat. I offer up Sun. Hopefully Jimlee will get back with me this week. I think, as several people have stated, that the tendon is to long. I think that with a little hands on, we could get the bowls grounde for good.
