Odd-Nut vacuum chucks- anyone received their order recently?

Has anyone ordered Odd-Not vacuum chucks recently?
I've had a set of the PVC chucks on order for 6 weeks. Last week Doug said he had them almost ready to ship & they would go out in 2 days & I'd get the tracking number.
No tracking number & I can't get him to respond to emails , texts or phone. One his website he says he has them in stock.
His chucks are a good design & the PVC chucks are very affordable but a 6 wk delay is crazy.
