I just had to buy some myself and found the best price at Home Depot. They deliver to store for free and if memory serves they cost like $4-5 for a set of eight.

Thanks, Kent, that's great. Home Depot is where I order the Nova live center sets for our studio -- best price by about $20.
PS: Sadly, they're out of stock. I'm getting used to this!

I just purchased the Nova 12" cole chuck and there was no hardware in the box. I reached out to Nova last week. So far, no response. I'm trying to be patient as I know they likely have a post-holiday backlog of things to deal with. But it's kinda ridiculous that there is no hardware at all. There was only the 4 plates and 8 rubber bumpers but no way to mount them. I looked up purchasing the hardware and it's $30! We'll see what happens.

Did you buy it from them or a store? If a store sounds more like they removed them, or a customer did.

You should be able to go to Ace Hardware and get the bolts and washers needed for less than that.
I'm not so sure of that. I measured the head diameter on hardware I have in another Nova chuck. They measure 10 mm. I looked at what is available in my shop and at McMaster-Carr and the heads are 12 mm on all m6 countersunk screws. I also did a test fit with the m6 generic screws I have in my stash and the heads are too big. I did not measure the pitch angle on the Novas. There are only 2 "standard" pitch angles available in generic hardware: 90 and 100 degrees. As far as I can tell, the only way for me to get hardware that works is to buy Nova's kit at the $30 price point. Even if I could buy the right screw, why should I have to spend more of my money for something that should have been included with the jaws, as stated in all of Nova's documentation. Even generic screws would cost me like $15.

I purchased the jaws from Zoro. The package looked new and didn't appear to have ever been opened. I reached out to Zoro as well.

I would definitely phone Zoro, the item should either be exchanged or returned by the retailer. I doubt you will have any problem with them.

After you get things straightened out with Zoro, give some consideration to buying the accessory bumper set. They perform much better than the bumpers that come with the Cole jaws.

If you don’t get a reply, I’d return it to the supplier or exchange it for one that’s complete.

A while back I had seen a recommendation to use one-way bumpers, folks claiming the Nova's moved too much. Since I already had the 10" Nova cole jaws, I ordered the recommended one-way bumpers. They are way better (than Nova standard bumpers) because they have a metal insert and will not change shape with degree of tightening. They are just round and not multi-faceted like the new Nova bumper set, but they work very well. I don't think I need another set. If I ever get this 12" purchase straightened out I'll likely sell the 10" cole jaws. with the original bumpers.

Is it possible that you are supposed to attach the new jaws with the screws that came with your chuck? This is what you do with regular add-on jaws.

No. You can (and it is described as such in the kit installation manual) attach the Cole Jaws and regular jaws at the same time. That way you can use it with a tenon or mortise on regular jaws and then flip it over to the cole jaws right on the same chuck. This requires the M6x20 mm screws referenced in the manual . Also, I did not get the screws that attach the bumpers. These are shorter with a slotted head. I just want what I paid for: 4 plates, 16 screws and 8 bumpers.

If you "reached out" via email, I'd suggest you call instead. That has worked twice for me with that company, and emails rarely seem to work these days.
