I’ve been reading about 3d printed wedgies for setting up a sled for segmented turning preparation… looked online and all I can find are digital downloads not the actual pieces…
Anyone have a good source for these?
Thanks and Happy New Year!

And who exactly invented these? Thanks.
I believe it was Jerry Bennett.. I could be wrong - But as others have said, Segeasy.com and/or visit segmented woodturners website (I have their software for segmenting design, and have a couple of the wedgies, after realizing the trial and error to set up and create my first wedgie out of plywood paneling took absolutely forever.. oh yeah made my wedgie sled based on segeasy plans which were free I believe)

Come on Rusty. No one has been more generous by freely giving his time, knowledge, expertise and efforts to the woodturning community than Jerry Bennett. When he invented the Segeasy and Wedgie system he could have made a fortune by selling it, instead he gave it to the woodturning community free of charge, and even included free video instructions.

The least a woodturner can do if he/she is going to use the system is pay Jerry a very few dollars for a wedgie. It only covers his expense for his time and materials to make them.

Sorry if I upset you Ric. Just trying to help out some people that might be disabled and on a tight limited income like me.

Everything I design is available for anyone that wants to make their own, even the things that I sell. I'm just happy that someone finds it useful. Perhaps, like me, Jerry isn't motivated by profit and he is quite happy to have people make their own versions.
