AAW Maker Photo Gallery

Is the Maker Photo Gallery operational on the main website? I login and unable to view the photos. I sent an email last week asking if there was an issue and haven’t heard back. I can see the forum photos from the main site and videos but not the Maker Photo Gallery.
Also, why is there 12 steps to submit a photo?
I’m starting to get really frustrated with the AAW main site.

Hmm Looks to me like the photo server is experiencing a timeout glitch of some sort. It has been a couple minutes and the "loading..." wheel is still spinning. I see that sometimes with galleries that get hosted on MySQL when the server gets overloaded with MySQL processes and enters a wait mode (When the server's timeout is set for too long such as 3600 seconds. ouch! it could be HOURS before the request gets processed...) Often only way that gets resolved is when someone on the SysOp Side notices a maxed out server load and kills the processes, restarts MySQL and rebuilds the database (Repair Tables). Of course that is all speculation on my part as I don't know what server software or database software is running...

It being a weekend, though I'd not hold my breath for "Customer Service" to respond outside of business hours... and I agree 12 steps to submit a photo seems awfully complicated... But got to remember AAW is largely volunteer run organization, it's not like they have a 24/7 Tech Team on staff...

I sent the request several days ago. I’ve only been able to view the Makers Gallery twice since joining AAW and this is my second year as a member.
