My supplier said the wood was Butternut but I have my doubts. Regardless, the size is 13" dia x 11" dia x 7" tall. Finished with Danish oil and buffed with white diamond followed by carnauba wax.

Can't help but like hickory for the way the bark hangs in there, but it could make you a might obsessive about sharpening.
