Salt and pepper mill, bottle opener and stopper.
Hi Tim, just curious -- did you finish the interiors of the mills as well, since the wood is spalted, or leave them bare?
 
All I did on the interiors was push a poly soaked paper towel through them. That was to adhere any loose fibers, not over any concern from the spalting. There are no health risks from spalted wood, nor from the fungi that cause spalting, so no real need to seal the interiors as long as the wood is sound.
