Turquoise Moon

Disk about 13 inches in diameter and about 1/4 thick.. Made of spalted beech, maple, and jatoba. Base is katalox.
I like the effect of what appears to be a lamination of two pieces, allowing the grain to perpendicular Stephen! It works well with the crescent moon shape.
