Sven & Olie

Remnants from the scrap bin can make good spindle-turning practice!

Sven (on the left) is about 5-inches tall … his spear is about 6-1/2-inches long. Olie (on the right) is about 4-inches tall. The spear and ax handle, are 1/8-inch hand-turned spindles. Tenons for the arms, nose, etc. are all 1/8-inch.
