Small Segmented Bowl - Fall Decorated

I wanted to try to incorporate CNC and Laser work into my turnings

Using the CNC at a local Makersmiths, I cut the flower into one side of the walnut base,
cut a tenon on opposite side, sized for the lathe chuck.

Top ring laser etched about 1/16” deep, etching allowed me to enhance the veins of the leaves
Filled etching with mix of epoxy and copper powder, till it was just proud of the wood surface.
Manually sanded the epoxy back until the leaf outline and the veins were exposed.
