Shallow Cherry bowl

This bowl was turned from a cherry crotch piece I found after the local electric utility cut a tree threatening the power lines in August. It was a very large tree - maybe up to about 28” diameter but sadly, they cut most of it into about 10-12” sections. In any case I was able to get several pieces that had not yet checked beyond the point that they could be salvaged. This bowl is from one.
