Round Bottom Bowl

Round Bottom Bowl

I do not turn many bowls because I do not have the patience to twice turn. I had this really dry wood that had come from the non figured part of a burl that I turned several years ago. This one is a bit different. 6.5 x 7.5 Siberian Elm with a round bottom. The inside rim is straight copper reactive paint. The outside rim is textured with the same copper paint applied plus added patina. The outside of the round bottom is iron reactive paint with a rust enhancer applied.
