A beautiful piece with convincing illusion. I cant imagine what the count would be for the divisions on each bead. Lot's of patience and consistency on display. That is a very light colored walnut. Well done. Curt's example is evident.
Thank you David, I try to get them 1/4" or less everywhere. Arbutus has to be boiled if you want to twice turn it to prevent cracking as it dries. If it's once turned it does not seem to crack if less than 1/4" and dried slowly. It will...
