My set up

As you can see I can swing a big piece. Even bigger when I tilt the faceplate. I can actually tilt it to the horizontal and get unlimited . The face plate can be cranked or spun by hand. Some day I will make a video .
First rate. Will you have a photo of the router-toolrest?

I have done something similar using two shopsmiths. Head stock at one end and the toolrest at the end of the second smith facing the headstock. problem is rigidity when the pieces are not balanced.
