Labyrinth Turning

He shows this being turned on Facebook, He has multiple machine cutters that keep getting larger and follow this shape. It's more like metal lathe cutters being held on the lathe. He does not cut this freehand with wood lathe gouges or scrapers.

I have no secrets on how to do it. At the same time I have a fully prepared 8-page magazine article describing all the operations step by step.
I am ready to give it for publication in any magazine for free. Anyone can just contact me for that.

Kevin, you are right. it is not forbidden. In fact we encourage sharing of information and showing any unique tools that we develop and are willing to share. Of course this applies only to things for which you are the creator. You don’t have permission to reverse engineer another person’s intellectual property and post it without their written consent.

That is not exactly correct. It is not against our policy. You have permission to publish information about any tools or techniques that you have developed if somebody asks and you agree to share what you have done.

On the other hand, what we do not allow is an unsolicited posting of information that is commercial in nature (commonly known on the Internet as "spamming").

if you want to publish your document then you need to send a manuscript to the magazine for consideration. If you are an AAW member, you can contact Joshua Friend, the editor of the American Woodturner journal. I think that you have to be an AAW member and I don’t know the international membership cost, but they pay something like $1000 US dollars. Another option would be Woodturning magazine published in the UK. They also pay for articles that they publish, but the waiting list may be longer. One of the staff members on this forum, Emiliano Achaval, writes for Woodturning magazine and will also be the guest editor later this year (probably August).

I know, I have all the contacts. Personally, I don't have a purpose for publishing, I don't need it. If the magazine editors need it, they will contact me.

They don't even know that you exist because they have so many authors submitting papers that they don't need to hunt for authors.
