Juniper Platter

My first try at adding color and pattern. This is a boring piece of juniper from my yard in Bend, Oregon in 2010(?). I finally got around to turning it into a platter and it was a bit plain. So I tried out the wood burner and added blue acrylic paint. 11" x 1.5" finished with wipe on poly.
