Turned from Boxelder crotch. About 4" hi X 7" dia.
Opening is natural part of crotch with sides burnt black. Has a few small hairline cracks but not bad considering there are 4 piths in the vessel. (2 branches created the crotch) Dried 2 years before finish turning. Need to see all 4 sides to appreciate the "fire" color. Very uniform on both sides.
