Rusty Pipe Box

This bit of whimsy was made to salvage an attempt at hand chasing threads on cherry. The ends were hollowed with a Forstner bit, leaving enough wood in the center to turn the inside of a box. The texture and patina were added with Rustina paints. I jazzed up the inside of the box with Chameleon Flakes from the Tiny Turner. 8" x 2".
