Tree of life

Tree of Life (Pop RejectMade for POP 2018 , Out of the Woods, but rejected.
This piece is based on growth rings which come “Out of the Woods”. A tree is made up of many growth rings depending on size, but the common factors are the fibres which give strength and hold the tree together. The rings of this piece represent the growth rings of the tree, and the connecting straight pieces are the fibres which bind the tree together. Finished with a two part paint to give an aged look of an item that has stood the test of time.
Patrick - Really like the piece and the concept. Sorry you did not get into the POP exhibition.
