Multi axis turning.
Wood: Eucalyptus (blue gum)
Length: 340mm
Width: 140mm
Height: 45mm
Texture: Pyrography and iridescent paint finished with lacquer. Vessels oiled.

The inspiration come from my toru series but I wanted to incorporate leaves into the design and have only two vessel instead of three. I'm pretty happy with the result and will do a bigger version.
Oh man Robbie. What a stunning piece! If you had glued it up it wouldn't have mattered - its gorgeous. Jewelers could not have done it better. And as many are scratching their heads, how'd he do it?
