A Lifetime of Salads

Elm bowl made for some dear friends who are excellent cooks. 12-1/2 x 5-1/4" and finished with flaxseed oil.
I love elm, even when it has That Smell. It's elastic, tough, strong, and the grain is wonderfully straightforward. It just looks "woody." Great stuff for functional bowls!
