Roux Spoon

Large “Roux Spoon” 13,5” tall and 2,5” wide. Cocobolo wood. Slanted front edge makes it easy to also use as a spatula. Great with tall pots.
Hi Christine - great looking piece - did you turn the handle, then cut the face? I assume so, but still learning.
Hi Scott, only took me 8 months to reply…sorry about that…But you were correct, I’ve turned the handle first, cut the face and sanded the spatula last.
