Very nice work. Can I ask you a technical question about bleaching the Maple? What chemicals did you use (strengths and duration of application)?

Again, a very nice striking contrast and delicate work.

The bleach is a 2 part bleach designed to lighten wood. Part A sodium hydroxide, part B hydrogen peroxide. There are a few brands available so shop around because some of them are expensive. I buy quarts at my local paint store. I used two or three passes for this piece.
