This is a used Woodcut Bowlsaver original size (two knives). It has cored some bowls but has a lot of life left on the knives. I bought it used and used it on both a 16” and 20” lathes and it worked well. I upgraded to a Oneway so I can get cores larger than 12-13”.
For transparency, the previous owner stated the knives seemed to run low and rubbed hard against the plastic support block at the front and made it hard to move. I noticed this was the case and saw the knives could twist forward in the support. To remedy this I taped in some thin aluminum shims and the system worked well. You can see them in the picture and they could be remove/replaced if desired It’s just aluminum flashing. Other than that and some were on the front plastic support block it is in good shape.
does have manual, depth gauges that I made and Allen wrenches.
$350 shipped in the continental US
