A few weeks ago I "touched up" some bowls that I use "Shine Juice" on with a light coat of Walnut oil.

Big msitake - the two are not compatible and now I have several sticky bowls to refinish.

I was able to clean them up somewhat with soapy water, but in the end I will redo them to make them shine again like they did.

Any recomemdations on what to use for removing the sticky on them?

Try rubbing them with some 0000 steel wool soaked with paint thinner/mineral spirits to remove the walnut oil. Water does not work with oil based finishes. After that, If the resulting lustre is too low, wipe on a thin application of your original finish and buff and wax with any paste wax a few days later.
 
<soapbox>A lot of people like "shine juice" and it might be great stuff, but to me, it seems like an accident waiting to happen. I don't believe that the linseed oil is particularly compatible with the alcohol and shellac.</soapbox>

Regardless of my personal opinion, any repair ought to be done with the same finish as originally applied and oil shouldn't be applied over a film finish. It is OK to apply a film finish over oil after the oil has cured. Some oils like mineral oil don't cure in which case, only apply more mineral oil as needed. Soapy water definitely was not a good idea. After it dries, I would try some solvents to remove as much oil as possible and also use denatured alcohol to dissolve the shellac. If you are able to get it reasonably clean, I would start over with just an oil finish. I like walnut oil and I also use pure tung oil and linseed oil.
 
Long time ago, I switched Tung oil for the BLO. Works much better, and is more stable over time on the shelf and on the piece in my opinion.
