Retired -Architectural Turner for 13 years in the high end cabinet industry, cabinet and furniture maker.
Now I am an experimental turner, also do Architectural and any thing else that needs to be turned, or comes my way, if I can. happy, happy, happy:cool2:

Semi-pro: sell a few pieces every year and teach a couple of workshops annually. Working on making it a little more productive.

I think there is a something to be discussed about what makes someone a professional turner.
I teach a great deal, I have writen a few articles for woodturning design but I really don't sell much of my work, I don't try to.
I don't consider myself a professional, but I do make some tool money.

Where should the line get drawn?
