What are these tools?

I picked up a lathe last weekend and it came with a bunch of different centers, drives and tool rests. But I can’t seem to figure out what these two tools are. My only guesses is a giant bowl center for the white plastic thing and the other looks like the thing that comes out of the tail stock but is a smaller diameter. 84B825AA-C512-4002-953D-5A0E9791ADAD.jpeg Any ideas?

The cone screws on a Oneway style live center (5/8x10 tip) and is used to line up segmented rings during glue up.

The cone can be used with a threaded drive or live center to center segmented rings, as a friction chuck for bowls or HF’s with large openings. I use them for friction chucks to remove the tenon. Some are threaded 3/4-10 I think.

Not sure about the bar - the graduations indicate a measuring tool of some type.

I have a set of five sizes of these cone centers made of UHMW plastic (tapped ⅝" X 10 TPI as Timothy White said). They screw onto either the Robust live center or the Oneway live center. The ones that I own are made by Steve Sinner and their purpose is to plug and center the opening of a hollowforn when final turning the exterior to remove warping that almost always happens during drying.
