This is a big gloat...the December Crafts Report magazine issue will hit the news stands around mid November - and here's the cover, with turned and rose engine embellished one-piece yoyos in Yellowheart, Osage and Bloodwood. Photo credit to Sarah Gloystein Peterson. The feature article should be fun too...

Congratulations. I've always wanted a cover of Craft Reports. I've had lots of photos inside or work I've photographed but never a cover and of course non of my turning. You should be quite proud.

Congrats Ed,

That is a great gloat!!

A few years ago I did an online interview with them. It was a lot of fun and let to several sales. The month the interview came out, I was leafing though the magazine and saw a picture of a turned piece, it took me a moment to realize it was mine. 🙂 I had no idea they would include it with a link to the online interview.

But the cover... That is a whole different ballgame!!

You sure deserve it.

Best wishes,
Dave
