Turnings on Android

Rob ...

Currently Turnings is designed to run with FileMaker Go which is only available on the Apple iOS (iPhone/iPad) platform. If FileMaker Go becomes available on the Android platform, Turnings should work fine.

In the next several weeks I hope to have a desktop version available that will run in Windows (XP,7,8) and MacOS.

Hope that helps ...

Instructions for Installing Turnings Mobile App

John ...

Step 1 – Search the App Store using “FileMaker Go 12â€. Download and Install the FREE App for your mobile device.
Step 2 – Go to The "Downloads" page on the High Street Software web site, complete and submit the form. Go to: http://www.highstreetsoftware.com

On the next page select the icon To Download. After the file downloads, select the choice to "Open in FileMaker Go". This could take several seconds to complete.

To open the Turnings application after initial installation, simply Open the FileMaker Go app and in the file list you should see the Turnings application. It will be named “Turnings_Go_Vxxxâ€. Select it to open.

Hope that helps ...

Interesting. I got it downloaded. Now to find time to how to use it and to actually take advantage of it.

Turnings Mobile App - Desktop Versions Available

Bill ...

I thought you might be interested to know that there is now a desktop version available for download for MAC OS and Windows. ( http://www.highstreetsoftware.com )

The desktop version of Turnings that is available for Mac OS and Windows will limit some of the functionality that is present in the mobile version. This limitation is primarily in the area of inserting photos, audios, and videos. On mobile devices, these are captured directly on the device and stored automatically. On desktop computers you need to have the files previously captured and use the option in the Turnings app to INSERT the file into the project.

Hope this helps ...
