It's often said that there is nothing new to make...it's all been done before. And Steve Bonny is here to prove that wrong. His piece, A Book Holds What Time Lets Go is a wonderful mix of segmented turning in his pen, and multi-axis turnings on the front facing cover of a book. Not done with those, he used the skills he acquired in airbrushing to enhance the 'time' message. And of course, there had to be a clock.

Steve's piece challenges all of us to really think and make a conscious and intentional decision to work outside of our comfort zone. And when we do, that's where the magic happens. Great work, Steve!
