turning a donut video

I turned a jar out of spalted maple and want to turn two ring ( donuts) and apply them to the side so it looks like a real greek water jar. Does anyone know of a video that shows any method of turning a full donut? Thanks,Gary

Don't have time to look tonight but look up a Torus (I think that's how it's spelled) on you tube. It is donut shaped.

March 2009 American Woodturner has an article called "Turning Lidded Doughnuts". Not exactly what you're looking for but might give you some tips. I also seem to recall there was another one about making interconnected donuts that talked more about creating the basic doughnut, but I haven't found that one yet.

Thank you so much for your help. I went to my old issues and sure enough, the fall of 2008 had the article "Dounuts,Anyone". I really appreciate everyones help in finding articles. I am so lucky to find this forum for information.
I found a great club and a great place to ask for help---it couldn't get any better than that. Gary
