I am putting some varigated gold leaf on a piece this morning. I save scraps for this since the overlaps dont hurt on the varigated leaf. So I had the folder open and was picking up pieces with my tweezers. Suddenly the gas heater cycled and the blower is aimed at my work bench. Looked like it was snowing gold leaf before I could rea t and close the folder. Oh well I I had enough to do the job but now my shop floor is varigated. :)

Now you can get down on the floor with the tweezers and pick up each piece. :D

I had the bright idea of mixing metal flakes into resin and since I didn't want to make a mess indoors, I went outdoors to do it. I thought the slight breeze wouldn't be a problem. It looked really pretty with all the sparkling in sunlight as the flakes went everywhere except where I wanted.

Starting a new floor design? AAW could have a contest, "Prettiest Shop Floor." John, every time I rake leaves, the wind is blowing the opposite direftion I'm raking leaves. Compared to me, Murphy was an optimist.

John. I spent the entire day blowing and taking leaves yesterday. I learned to do it in the direction of the wind.
