Jorge,

Sounds like the email address AAW has on record for you is not correct. The only way to fix that is to get in touch with the main office in St Paul so they can update your personal info. Here's the contact info:

American Association of Woodturners
222 Landmark Center
75 5th St. W.
St. Paul, MN 55102
(877) 595-9094 toll free
(651) 484-9094
(651) 484-1724 (fax)

email: AAW Inquiries

Thanks Ed

Eventually I got the email and did go in and actualize my info, but when I click to renew sends me back to the screen where they ask for email and password... Never got to a secure screen to pay with credit card...

Jorge,

OK, try this - "refresh" your web-browser by closing it down completely, then starting a new session - sometimes, browsers get "tired". Then log onto the members area by going directly to the members logon page located here: http://woodturner.org/member/MemberLogOn.asp . Also, do not use any applications to help get to the members area like Google search or third party software that remembers passwords and logon procedures for you.

Still not renwed

Same problem over and over, trying to renew by phone get recorded messages and never a person or even a chance to leave a message, this is definitely not user friendly...

Jorge,

The AAW office is closed this week, but will be open for business at 8:00am Monday, January 3. In the mean time, have a look in your October and December 2010 American Woodturner issues where you should find a renewal mail-in card. Or, you can renew on line through the members area after logging in.
