About 8pm Cyber Monday evening, I placed an order with Craft Supplies, and as soon as I printed the receipt realized I had ordered the wrong calipers. I tried going back to the web site, but apparently they were swamped, so I called 'first thing' the next morning. When I talked with customer service at 9 am their time, I was told my order had already been pulled, boxed and was ready to ship! Now that's speedy. She volunteered to see if someone could find the box, switch the calipers to the ones I actually wanted, and she would send me an email to let me know. A favorable email arrived shortly, and 2 days later, so did my box of goodies. Craft Supplies is such a first rate business, I just had to share. Merry Christmas Darrel.

I've had several similar experiences with CSUSA, as well......

They go to extra lengths to see that your order is right, whether or not you've made a mistake, changed your mind, returning a purchase, or whatever.

I have always had great service from them and now that I won a $10 gift certificate in our club drawing yesterday I will be cruising their catalog again

I totally agree! I sent back an item just because I did not like it after I received it . No questions asked - just sent it back and money refunded.

I attended the Utah Symposium and Super Wednesday at Craft Supplies this past May. The store is surprisingly small, compared to the size of the catalog. All of the catalog items are around, in a multitude of storage warehouse and shop buildings, if not in the store. If there is something you want to put your hands on or see prior to ordering, you can do it, including trying out a lathe (usually). There's also a collection of wood to check out, much of which is not listed in the catalog. The best reason to stop in is to meet the people, who are like a bunch of friends you haven't seen for a while. It's a little hard to get to the first time, due to the layout of the town with the railroad running through the middle. If you go, call ahead for directions or have a good GPS.

Craft Supplies USA is unquestionably one of the best in the business.

This was Dale Nish's and son Darell Nish's baby from the beginning way back when the only other woodworking specialty shop was Woodworker's Supply in Woburn, Mass when it was just a small storefront.

Dale is still regarded as one of the most influential turners there was.

Craft Supplies USA is as good as it gets. You will not find better customer service anywhere.

Dale was a good friend. He is missed by all who knew him.

Craft supplies set a standard for others to follow.
They have always been more about helping you find what you need than selling you anything you can afford.
If they sell it, it works.

Kirk De'heer has become a good friend. Too bad they stopped doing the Tampa Woodworking show.
He helped our central Florida clubs a lot!

Dale got me into AAW by adding a membership form to a delivery.
Dale helped a lot of people in many ways. He is missed.
