I would seem that the survey will allow multiple submissions from the same IP address and does not require a login to complete.

Would not a survey restricted to paying subscribers and limited to one submission per person provide a more accurate reflection on the needs/interests/wants of the membership.

Just a thought...

Considering that the average response to surveys is 10% or less I think the odds of someone upsetting the balance by filling out a survey twice is probably pretty low. :)

I thought the survey should have been in the member's area of the website, and actually looked there for it before realizing it was on an external site.
I'm on dialup so my IP is different every time I log in--pretty advantageous situation for me, in that respect ;)
