Went to the suds depot to restock.

"Sorry, we're all out of Sam Adams Summer Ale 'til next year."

"Bummed" doesn't quit say it. Usually they ship through the end of August so I get the chance to stock several cases for an occasional "Taste of Summer" in January and February. Not this year. 🙁

Got to rough out half a dozen Ambrosia Box Elder bowls today. Shavings were flying sooo long and nice with that lovely "hissssssss" that tells you the tool's just right and you remembered how to use it.

Mark, you will just have too tough it out. Drink Cider. 😱 GT

A local farmer once told me " beer and liquor kills to many brain cells so I don't indulge in them. Homemade hard cider on the other hand only kills the dumber cells so I've been known to have a taste of IT now and again." 😀

I guess Fat Tire will have to be the backup.

Its 104 here

Fat Tire runs well behind Dillion Dam's Extra Pale Ale, but it ain't at all bad for a quasi-micro.

Don't know if you guys get Flying Dog in your area but it does nicely too.

Watch out for the new Smirnoff's Raw Tea. Tastes like a decent bottled tea with no alc in it. Dangerous stuff.

P.S.(Cider. Mmmmmmmm. Had Pear Cider and it's wonderful.)
