I've been using a 3520B moderately for the last 10 months. Lately there is a continual squeak from the spindle. Is there any fix short of taking things apart?

Try releasing the belt tension and turn the spindle by hand and see if you still get the noise. Mine is very picky about belt tension too much it clicks too little it squeaks.

squeak

My 3520 was squeaking and I put baby powder on the belt and that seemed to eliminate it.😀

Back in the old'in days

We used to use a bar of hand soap on our fan belts, should do the same on this belt if it's not damaged or misaligned.

What did you do to fix the squeak? Don't leave us hanging here.😀😀😀
