My practice is, it never hurts to ask. Wouldn't you feel heartbroken if you did drive by and see a crew putting in a pond or sod. The worst they can do is say "no thanks".
Not sure how gullible they are.
I have no idea what it is and its 200 KM from my place, since I was travelling up Bruce Peninsula in Ontario.
But I'd love to see what that looks like inside.
