Nice thinking out of the box. Really love that I might have to try one. Why 2 different openings just wondering if theres a reason.
 
front opening is wider and designed differently than the other opening to a matter of style.

This allows to orient the workpiece. To give it meaning.

above, a hole with two different diameters allows the use of small oil lamps as heaters candles dishes.
