Got the sharpening C.D....tried to run on my computer....no-go. My son tried to run it on his machine....no-go. We think I was sent a blank C.D. I need to find out where to get a replacement and/or where to send the defective one. Thanks in advance for any help.

Mr Don, do your computers have CD players or DVD players? I do believe that it's either a DVD or a V-CD. No CD player will play a DVD and few will play a V-CD.

I haven't received my sharpening dvd yet, but I wonder if the DVD was mastered on a +R disc. It only matters if the player that you're trying to use doesn't read +R format. Older DVD players and drives (read 3 or more years old) only read a -R format.
Again, I can't be sure.

It plays on my old hand-me-down player, so must be in the older format.
When I get the chance, I'm going to watch it on my DVD player.
I have a different technical difficulty with mine though.
I can't get to the DVD player because the TV monitor is hooked up to the VCR and three different gaming systems.
Well, with a teenager in the house, you know which electronic gadgets gets used the most! 🙄

Mine works fine on either DVD player or computer. Both are newer machines.
