Rose Engine

OK, I admit it I must be blind. In the latest issue of the AAW magazine it
states that the plans for the Rose Engine on tool are available the web site....
Where are they located?? Do I need a special pass word or the secret
hand shake? Or as previously stated, am I really blind?

Never thought about a search. Guess I'm not actually blind
just a bit dense. Now on to the construction phase.
