Hi All
I live in a small town north of Philadelphia with my wife Karen. We both are retired and enjoying life. My background is in mechanical engineering and design. I enjoy freshwater fishing and of course woodturning.

As a new turner it's nice to have this resource. Thanks

Welcome,
If you have not already done so, I suggest you connect with a local
AAW chapter.
Local chapter provide many excellent learning opportunities throughout the year.
A class or a mentor can speed the development of your woodturning pleasure and skills so much more quickly that trial and error.

There is a club in Allentown and an another at the Bucks County CC.
Try to get to the November meeting many clubs don’t meet in December or have a Christmas party instead of a meeting.
