It is my sad role to inform you that Charles Farrar died last week. I don't know the details.

What I do know is what an absolute prince he was. If you knew him, you know. It was my privilege to write about him for American Woodturner. Getting to know him was one of the best experiences I've had in woodturning. A consummate gentleman and a true artist. truly one of the most amazing people I've ever met. He will be sorely missed. Check out the April 2024 AW to get a sense of him and his work.
