renewal of membership

I looked 3-4 months ago when it was time to consider renewing. I thought it said my membership was til 2012
New message from aaw was that It is"still have time to renew my membership and naming me personally-not just a generic that I thought they sent everyone paid up or not.
So I logged in (not the forum log in), and it it said welcome Gretchen, etc. My membership had expired 12/31/11.On the left it had a an area with renew or extend membership, next page says "Your log in was not successful. Please try again" Now I have done that 3 times. Then sent aaw to give me my user name and password in case I couldn't read my writing!!!. It was the same number/name. I then pasted the password in, and keep getting the same "Your log in was not successful. Please try again"
Not sure what I am doing wrong. What is the amount of dues needed and I will just send a check, Gretch
 
I suspect your AAW ID was disabled automatically when your membership expired. A phone call would be my way to address that problem promptly.
